Dues
Dues are payable no later than February 15th each calendar year.

If you have a question about the dues for your property, please submit an inquiry to Oklahoma HOA Consulting.
The green areas, playground, and pool all make Eddington Place a great place to live. All of these things require funding for operation and maintenance. As a home owner in Eddington Place, you have agreed to pay annual Association dues in the amount of $400. Your homeowners’ dues are guarded carefully by the members of the Eddington Place HOA Board and are used to maintain and enhance the standard of living of the neighborhood.
The HOA operates on a tight budget and unpaid dues result in a hardship for the neighborhood. Your first annual invoice will be sent via e-mail (if we have one on file). Postal mail will be used for all subsequent invoices and when an e-mail address is not available. Dues are payable no later than February 15th each calendar year. Failure to pay will result in the loss of neighborhood privileges such as pool access, voting rights, and contest participation. A lien will also be filed against the property of any homeowner who does not pay dues. Liens prevent homeowners from selling and/or refinancing their property. Liens are filed with the county courthouse and are removed only after the outstanding balances (including lien fees) are paid in full. Your cooperation and prompt payment is especially appreciated.
The HOA understands that unexpected financial hardships occur. If you are interested in entering into a payment plan to fulfill your dues obligation please contact Oklahoma HOA Consulting at: cole@okhoas.com
